A 4 day immersive program designed to provide participants with the confidence and the certification to teach Yoga Nidra as designed by Dr. Marc Halpern, founder of the California College of Ayurveda (CCA). This transformative course immerses the student in the practice of Yoga Nidra, leading sessions throughout the training to gain experience as a teacher while also learning the empirical research explaining the physiological changes taking place and the multitude of benefits.

 A complementary therapy perfect for nurses, therapists, yoga teachers, trauma specialists, energy workers, healing facilitators, healthcare professionals, and anyone seeking to expand their practice of self healing or offering of yoga. Medical professionals will learn how to offer the practice of Yoga Nidra to their patient populations to develop an accessible practice of deep relaxation which can relieve pain, assist in treatment of depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, addiction recovery, and more.
